Exit Ramp

I passed up my exit. I’ve been driving over the speed limit, and doing a whole lot of spinning my wheels and blowing out my tires. I’m so focused on what I have to do, what I want to do, and what’s next to be done that I’ve missed my exit. My inspiration exit.

I’m moving at high speed but without any gas and I need to pull off the road. To stop and tap into the people and things which inspire me, which help to bring out the authentic me. That’s why I’ve been missing in action from this blog the past two weeks. I’ve been lacking my luster and have nothing to say. Nothing to write.

Therefore, my only suggestion to you all is to go huddle up to the things that inspire you. Don’t miss your exit ramp. That’s what I’m gonna do—get in my huddle—and then maybe I’ll be back here next week with something brilliant, silly, or comforting to say. Maybe.

Have you missed your exit ramp?
